Why Must Everything Run Out At The Same Time? - $$$$$ Haul

Hey all!!! Iv been waiting to do this post, until I got all of my orders in!!!

I ran out of a BUNCH of stuff at the same time, and I needed some things for flights I'm taking. So I figured a Sephora Haul was in order!!

THIS, is my entire haul. (Can you feel my embarrassment through the screen?)

First off, I got the UD Basquiat Gold Griot, and Blush Palette on sale for $22 each! I love the blush palette, and am EXTREMELY happy with it!! I'v used at least one shade from it every day since getting it!

The neutral shadow palette is okay. It's definitely not a all in one palette for me, thats for sure!! But I want to push my comfort zone!

The most expensive thing in the haul, I FINALLY bit the bullet, and bought a 90ml bottle of my all time favourite perfume. SIGH. It's Versace Bright Crystal. It's bright, cheerful, and happy! It smells like citrus and florals on me!

Next, here is all of the Clinique stuff I bought!! I got a back up of my Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+ 125ml bottle, Because I usually use this day and night, and my current 125ml bottle is halfway done.

I got two Moisture Surge sets as well. One came with their Moisture Surge Hydrating Supercharged Concentrate, Moisture Surge Face Spray, and a Chubby stick that I gave to my mother!

The other set came with, Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief Moisturizer, their Moisture Surge Hydrating Mask, And the same Chubby Stick from the first kit!

I'm flying three times this year. (Up to Northern Canada, Across the country to British Columbia, and Down to New York City!) so I picked up these hydrating minis for the plane!

These are the primers I got. I had run out of all face primers, and I usually cocktail and use two at a time. So I got a sample of Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer, Cover FX Blurring Primer, Cover FX Iluuminating Primer, Cover FX Mattifying Primer, MUFE Redness Correcting Primer, and lastly, MUFE Smoothing Primer!

I like to use the Redness one, or the Illuminating one all over my face, as neither have silicones. And then go in and tap a mattifying, or blurring primer on my nose and inner cheeks!

I got two 1oz Setting sprays from Cover FX. one is the Illuminating one, and the other is the Mattifying one! So far, I'm really digging these!

As an Oily girl. I love loose powder! I go through loose powder the MOST.

So I picked up a 30g tub of Laura Mercier Loose Translucent powder, and a mini 9g tub of the same powder.

I also got a 4g tub of Cover FX's Matte Setting Powder.

I also finally finished my Tarte Shape Tape. And since it's extremely difficult to get it here in Canada. I bought the NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer in Custard. (Spoiler - I LOVE IT)

For lips, I got two BITE beauty sets. One has a mini lipstick in Gazpacho - a cool red, One has a mini lipstick in Pepper - a brown pink, and then there's two lip pencils in 078 - a cool red, and 016 - a brown plum/pink.

I also got a mini Givenchy lipstick in 23 - A bright creamy fuchsia!

Lastly, I got two mini tubes of my FAVOURITE facial moisturizer, aka Josie Maran Whipped Argan Face Butter.

And a 1oz tube of Boscia Luminizing Black peel off mask!!!

This is everything I'v boughten this month. What do you think of these items??

HUGE, Recent Haul - Shoppers Drug Mart, Clinique, Walmart, ETC. (I may have spent too much money!)

I am going away next month, and I may have used that as an excuse to buy too many things in preparation!!


"Skincare":

I picked up a back up of my makeup remover - Ponds Cold cream cleanser. I love to use a dime sized amount of this and massage into dry skin, to loosen and remove my makeup!

A huge pump bottle of Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion. I use this morning and night. And it leaves my skin feeling calm and balanced!

I picked up TWO backups of my HOLY GRAIL face SPF. Coppertone Clearly Sheer SPF50 face! It dries to a matte finish, which is AWESOME for my oily skin. It's not thick, sticky, or tacky. And it has broad spectrum protection!!! My only Complaint? It only comes in 59ml bottles!! I go through these like NOTHING. And considering they're $9CAD a bottle. Not cheap!!

After reading about how Christine @Temptalia cleans her brushes, I picked up a 240ml bottle of Dr. Bronners Magic Soap! They only had Lavender or Almond. So I rushed to pick up Almond, as I HATE lavender!

"Home Products":

I love candles, and wax melts!! I used to light four candles a night and just relax with the lights off, and meditate. But I would sometimes fall asleep. Which isn't safe. So I switched to Wax Melts! I picked up three from my local Green Earth! Lilac Blossom, Roasted Expresso, and Candy Cane Swirl. I'v used three of the Candy Cane Swirls already. and my room smells SO mint right now!

"Shoppers Drug Mart Items":

Shoppers Drug Mart is the only place near me where I can get my favourite Essence products. So I drove there, and Picked up a new Make me Brow because my current one is dried out. And I picked up two more Lash Princesses! I LOVE this mascara!! It makes my curly, short, lashes look BOMB. 

I'll include a closer up photo down below, but at Shoppers, they had all of the Revlon PhotoReady Eye Art "Lid Line and Lash" duos on sale!! $14CAD, down to $3CAD. So I HAD to pick up the shades I knew I'd use and love! I got a peachy one, a green. a teal, a taupe, and a lilac! Expect swatches and review of these soon!

"From Walmart Items"

From Walmart, I picked up a backup of my current "fast brow routine fave" which is ELF's brow pencil. I'll need that while away next month!

I picked up a new bottle, and a shade up, in the L'oreal Total Cover foundation! I FINISHED the WHOLE bottle of my old shade/tube. This shade is my CLOSEST match I think i'v ever found!!! I put it on, then checked in the car mirror. And it was SO close to my neck and chest. I was shocked!! I'm bringing this with me next month as well! It controls oil, and lasts well in the heat!

I got a brand new pressed powder. Again for next month. As I'm currently using a loose powder. And wanted something more matte, and travel friendly! I got Stay Matte from Rimmel!

I got the deepest/darkest Covergirl Tru Blend Blush. It's a beautiful Mauve/Plum sheen! I love it so far!

Here's a close up at the revlon shadows! They're a cream shadow on one end, and a sheer glittery gel on the other!!

What I purchased In America!

Hey all!! I am safely back home in Canada,

I had such an amazing time in The States!! I hadn't been in 10 years, and now that i'm an adult it was a lot more fun, and I think I appreciated it a lot more!

I of course bought quite a bit of stuff, as Canada's dollar is total crap and worth less than American Dollars. And, in my part of Canada, we pay 13% tax.

Also we don't HAVE Ulta in Canada, like at ALL. So It was on the top of my list to go to one!

90% of the things I bought, I can not get in Canada, or can't FIND in Canada!

I got 5 Samples from sephora, I asked for three and was given two in my bag.
I got: Becca Complete Coverage Foundation in the shade Cashmere, Sephora 10 hour wear foundation in 20 light cream, CoverFX Creme Concealer in Glight, MUFE Smoothing Primer, and Clinique Pep Start Exfoliating Cleanser.

In the Sephora Sun Safety Kit I got Too Faced Chocolate Soleil bronzer in Medium/Deep, And Murad Invisiblur

I got Tarte Shape Tape in Light Medium Honey as well!!

Also in the sun safety kit was, Shiseido Urban Environment SPF40 sunblock, FRESH Sugar Lip Balm in Nude, Supergoop Setting Mist SPF50, Peter Tomas Roth Max Sheer Sunblock SPF30

I got the WNW Concealer in the shade Light Medium Beige, And the Velvet Matte Lip Colour in the shade Charred Cherry.

Also from the sun safety kit was Dr Brandt Multi-performance stick SPF45, Josie Maran Daily Moisturizer SPF47.

Lastly, I got another Shiseido SPF50 Sunblock, and two Wet n Wild brushes!

Overall, I'm EXTREMELY Happy with everything I got!!!!!

A Rexal/Shoppers Drug Mart Haul!

Hello!!! 

I finally got some disposable income/money, after not having any for around a month. And after getting everything I needed payed. I splurged and went on a drugstore "spree"

This is everything I picked up! I spent $60 CAD, and saved $20 thanks to coupons, and sales!!

I do not like to use makeup removing wipes, I prefer to use a cream and massage my makeup off. And I'v heard good things about Ponds Cold cream, so I jumped at it, as i'm running low on my current cream makeup remover!

I also MAY or MAYNOT have picked up 3 packets of my holy grail hair mask/conditioner. Marc Anthony Shea Butter and Marula Oil Hair mask is my all time favourite, holy grail hair mask. I buy three packs and depot them into a giant lush pot, and the three packs last me a month, maybe 6 weeks!

I got Ardel Natural 120 lashes, which are STUNNING. They're SO natural, and fluffy. I'll be going back for more for sure!!

I'm almost out of my MAC Waterproof brow set, and since I don't have the money to repurchase. I'm going to the next best thing. Essence Make Me Brow, in 3 brownie brow.

I FINALLY found the Essence Pure Nude Highlighter!!! It finally showed up at my Shoppers Drug Mart!! So I snatched it up. it's a BEAUTIFUL Natural, low shimmer highlight! I expect to use it a lot in the upcoming hot months!

I hit pan on my Peachy Make Up For Ever under eye corrector, so I decided to try the NYX Dark Circle Concealer Corrector in Medium. It's a lil sheer, but it does help my under eye look more fresh!!

I got Essence Lash Princess. My old Holy Grail mascara, was the Plump No Clump in the teal tube from essence. So I have high hopes for this mascara!!

I also needed a new face primer, as I'v used all of mine up. So I picked up ELF Pore filling primer. It smells super strongly of tea tree. But it works pretty well!!

Lastly, I got my new babies. I got three new brushes! I only owned 1 foundation buffing brush, and it gets dirty so quickly, I wanted another one or two. So I picked up ELF buffing foundation brush, and Real Techniques Expert Face brush (I already own the Reach Techniques buffing brush. it's a similar shape to this one!) And I got the ELF Blending brush!

Here's the false eye lashes on the eye btw. They look like what my dream lashes look like!!

Sephora/MAC Christmas Haul!

My family gave me money and said for me to buy part of my Christmas gifts. That way I get exactly what I want/need in the correct size/shade.

Last year, I bought a bunch of "grown up" clothes.

This year, I ordered/bought makeup that i'm missing in my collection!! I own more than enough lipsticks to last me years, and this past year between IMAT's Toronto, and just online sales, I'v built up my eye shadow stash to where I'm super happy!!

But, I have very little base or face products! I find foundation, concealer, powder etc very boring compared to my beloved lipsticks. I have ZERO foundations that match my winter skin. All of my foundations match my very tan summer skin. And I go through Powder like WATER, because of my oily skin!

Enough chatting! Lets see what I'm getting for christmas!

From MAC (Which was 25% off the last four days so I saved $55 CAD) I got:

Blot Powder Medium Dark (I'v used this before in Medium, and it was way too light. But I adore this powder)
217 blending brush (I got the smaller handled one, But I'v been on the market for a nice blending brush)
Brow Set in the darkest shade (I'm all out of my current brow gel. And this was $15 with the sale so!)
Set Powder (It's 30g's of loose powder. My oily ass skin is in heaven!)

Duo fiber blush brush (My current blush brush, is 10+ years old and rest in peace it's starting to shed like mad)

Brush cleanser (I currently use a bar of soap to clean my brushes, but I want to try this for between washes)

Studio Fix Fluid spf 15 In NC20 (I use NC25 in the summer from about May to September, so I'm going to try this shade for the in-between months)

And for a sample, I chose Prep + Prime Radiance Yellow primer (I'm ALWAYS down for new primers!)

Moving on to Sephora! I had my VIB $20 off card and used that towards this purchase!

Estee Edit Pore Vanishing Stick (I had a sample of this, and I fell in love! so I'm going to try the full size)

Make Up For Ever 5 Pan Concealer/Corrector pallet #1 (I choose the yellower one, with the green concealer as I'm yellow toned with redness!)

NARS Sin Blush (I'v ALWAYS wanted this blush. Oh my goodness. It's a berry with a golden shimmer. Perfect for this time of year!)

BITE Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipstick in Jam (I had a mini of this lipstick, and I wore it every day for a week until it broke. So I'm purchasing the full size!!)

Three perfume samples! I'm in LOVE with two of the perfumes/colognes, and the one I want to try!

3 Piece BUXOM Lip gloss/stick set (This was a throw in, But I do want to try the formula's and the shades are total shannon shades!)

Lastly!

BITE amuse Bouche lipstick mini in Licorice (I wanted to try this shade as well! So I figured why not!)

Urban Decay Naked Smokey Pallet (50% Off! I know this got mixed reviews, but I figured for half off I'll try it, and the shades in it are TOTAL Shannon shades as well!)

Benefit PoreFessional (Again I'm a face primer Hoe! So I'v been wanting to try this for a long time!!)

Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip gloss in Potion (I redeemed 100 points and got this mini as well!! I'v always wanted to try these lip glosses because of Christine from Temptalia. So I'm super excited!)
